Ask us anythingWhat happens when the 14-day trial ends?
You move to the Free plan. Nothing is deleted, nothing is locked, and everything you captured is still there — the calendar, money and projects screens are what wait behind the upgrade. We never ask for a card to start.
Is Free actually free, or a trial in disguise?
Free is a real plan with no end date. Capture is unlimited on it, as it is on every plan — you should never have to decide whether a thought is worth your quota.
How do I change plan?
Cancel the one you are on and start the one you want, from Settings → Billing. There is no in-place switch between monthly and yearly yet, and we would rather say so than imply a button we have not built.
Can I get a refund?
Yes — seven days from your first payment, in full, no reason needed. Cancelling later stops the renewal and your plan runs to the end of the period you have paid for. The detail, with timelines, is on Refunds & cancellation.
What if you put the price up?
You keep the price you signed up at for as long as your subscription runs without a break, and we tell you by email at least 30 days before any change. A Founding membership is never repriced.
How do I pay, and do you see my card?
Payment is taken by Razorpay — UPI, cards and net banking. Your card details go to Razorpay, never to us; we hold nothing but a reference.
What does it cost outside India?
Pro is $12 a month or $99 a year, and Founding is $199 once. You are billed in the currency of the country on your account, never one guessed from your network.
